Al-Khodari: Key projects on target

Abdullah A.M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announced that a number of key projects listed in the prospectus to its initial public offering (IPO) have been completed and handed over as on Dec. 31, 2012, according to Tadawul website yesterday.
The company in its prospectus to the IPO dated Sept. 28, 2010 provided certain information and updates on the status of its key projects as on Dec. 31, 2012. It also gave the progress of the remaining projects in detail.
The Girls Science College project of King Faisal University Al-Hasa of the Ministry of Higher Education valued at SR 120,293,000 is being handed over. "The client has already issued preliminary handing over certificate," the company stated, adding that several changes to the scope have been made with the addition of video conferencing and projection systems within the time extension running up to May 2012.
Another project at Girls Science College of King Faisal University Al-Hasa in Phase III of Ministry of Higher Education valued SR 3,500,000 is still awaiting its project status.
The Naseem Cleaning Project of Municipality of Riyadh valued SR 191,120,000 is in advanced Stage of completion. The project is in the environmental services sector with fixed duration running through November 2013.
