EOW to serve Filipinos in Eastern Province

The Philippine Embassy will send an Embassy Wheels (EOW) team to Al-Khobar to render services on Thursday and Friday to Filipinos who need documents to correct their status before July 3.
The services will be held at the Al-Jazeera International School in Al-Khobar from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday.
Services will include the following:
Issuance of travel documents for those who intend to go on final exit and do not have a valid passport. Travel documents are free of charge. Police clearance/report is waived and applicants should attach a copy of last passport, and two recent photos.
Release of old passports surrendered by Saudi authorities to the Philippine Embassy, extension of passports and release of new passports are offered. Filipinos should check the online data base on www.philembassy-riyadh.org and send their name to [email protected] by today to allow the embassy to allocate and bring the passports to the Eastern Region.
The old passport may be revalidated and extended provided the applicant files for new passport. Passport extension is free of charge while passport renewal fee is SR 240.
Encoding of e-Passport as replacement for lost passport for those who need to transfer to a new employment. Bring the following: Affidavit of lost passport, copy of lost passport, one recent photo and fees (SR 460 for green/MRP and SR 700 for ePassport).
The EOW will serve up to 600 passports.
