STC has facilitated its existing and new customers to permanently communicate with their home office landline phones when they are on the move, especially during vacation times.
This capability is possible through Mawjood Landline service that allows customers view calls to their landline phones in case of no answer or busy line. This takes place by receiving a text message to their mobile phones showing the calling number, time and date of call making the customer fully informed of all incoming calls to his landline.
Mawjood Landline service keeps landline customers constantly informed of all calls made to them by receiving an immediate text message notice to either one or two mobile phones depending on the customer’s choice. STC installs this service free of charge to customers for a monthly subscription of SR 5 a month.
“To know how to get Mawjood Landline service, you can send a text message to the code 2204 from your mobile phone to 907,” the company stated, adding that all customers can subscribe to Mawjood Landline service by sending SMS message including the code 2200 to 907, calling 907 or visiting STC website www.stc.com.sa or one of the nearest CSOs spread across the Kingdom.
