Mobily plans dividend of SR1.2 per share

The board of directors of Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) has recommended the distribution of shareholder dividend for Q2 2013.
The dividend is divided into SR 1.20 per share, representing 12 percent of the face value.
The shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) as on July 28, 2003, are eligible for the dividend whose disbursement will commence on Aug. 5.
It will be directly deposited into the bank account linked to the investment portfolio of the shareholder.
