A Filipino died and another was injured in an oil tanker explosion inside a workshop in Refha, Sabq.org reported on Thursday. The blast occurred while the two were welding a hole on the vehicle. The Civil Defense said the mishap occurred at 9.15 a.m. on Thursday. “The workers did not know there was fuel inside the tanker,” said a police statement.
