Journey of life ... on a buggy

Saud Al-Shatri, a Saudi in his 80s, has been riding a quad bike to travel between cities and provinces for the past six years.
He spends several days on the road between cities and regions, which has enabled him to visit many relatives and fellow tribesmen in various parts of the Kingdom.
Lafi Al-Shatri, one of his relatives, said Saud can travel on his buggy for several days on end despite his age and spends months traveling between Riyadh, Jeddah and Madinah. As such, he has gotten to know all of the members of his tribe. Saud is not married and gets by on social security benefits.
He was last seen on a trip last weekend between Madinah and Marj Al-Dhahab.
Abdullah Al-Shahrani, a citizen, said: “I really wonder how this old man does it. I think he has power that not anyone can have. I would really like to meet this man just to see how strong his body is.”
