In response to customer demand, axiom has introduced ladies only sections at its mega-service centers in AlKhobar, Riyadh and Jeddah.
The authorized service partner for 10 major brands — including Samsung, BlackBerry, Nokia and LG — axiom has a strong track record for service center innovation, including becoming the first in Saudi Arabia to introduce real-time customer feedback systems and 1-hour express services.
“Our ladies only sections are a direct response to our growing female customer-base in the Kingdom, and we have done everything we can to ensure axiom’s world-class service is available to all in the most comfortable, accessible manner possible,” said Faisal Al-Bannai, CEO, axiom.
As with all axiom service centers, the ladies only sections are open seven days a week, and feature a full range of mobile accessories for sale.
Axiom operates the most extensive network of mobile service centers in the Kingdom, with 13 dedicated centers and 104 retail service collection points.
More than 30,000 customers are dealt with every month across axiom’s 29 service centers in MENA, and customer satisfaction levels currently stand at 97 percent — one of the highest in the industry. axiom plans to open an additional 15 service centers in Saudi Arabia in the coming year, with further ladies only areas also on the agenda.
Allied to axiom service credentials is its extensive range of value-added services (VAS).
This includes a 60-second data transfer, a pick-up and delivery service for repairs, stand-by phones during the repair period, and a 2-year warranty on select brands.
“Axiom’s success is entirely down to our ability to offer customers a peerless service,” added Al-Bannai.
“More than anyone, we know that mobile devices are integral to the way we live and organize our daily lives, so it is crucial that any issues or concerns are dealt with immediately and effectively.”
