Indian Summer launches two new restaurants

Indian Summer, an Indian restaurant chain in the Kingdom introduced two new brands — Seasons and Summer Palace — under its umbrella recently, serving a variety of different cuisines along with its popular Indian preparations.
Launching the new brands Khusroo Mistry, chairman, Indian Summer said: "Seasons and Summer Palace are unique restaurants in Badiyah with their warm atmosphere, friendly attentive staff and great cuisine offering a dining experience that will quickly become a favorite culinary destination for people."
He claimed it as the food destination with a "revolutionary concept" that will dazzle the intrepid diner. At the comfort of the restaurant, people can enjoy cuisine from India, China and Thailand.
He said: "We use freshest ingredients to ensure the quality that you and your family expect when deciding where to spend your quality time as our menu covers a wide variety of influences designed to surprise and entice you."
He added that at Seasons and Summer Palace, "we will combine essential cultural flavors and ingredients together to create a new and original progressive style known as fusion cuisine."
“The unique appeal of these two new brands is the menu featuring many of the dishes you know and love, while featuring some that will take you on a culinary journey to the far side of the world,” Mistry added.
The ambiance is created using the black and red colors representing black, corresponding to water, a neutral color, red, corresponding with fire, symbolizes good fortune and joy, he stated.
These two colors are everywhere reminding the hot and cold, Yin and Yang, sweet and sour, spicy and mild tastes of dishes.
Mistry said: "Indian Summer lives up to its image and is ideal for casual dining serving Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine to kindle your taste buds."
