Some 2,762 government employees will embark on 117 training programs to be conducted by the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) in its training facilities in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, the Saudi Press Agency said.
The training programs are aimed at upgrading trainees’ production efficiency by providing them with skills and instilling them with positive behavioral attributes, IPA spokesman Abdulaziz al-Hadlaq told the agency.
Training programs will run between two and five days, he said.
In Riyadh, where the IPA is headquartered, 1,185 government employees will join 54 training programs covering a variety of areas.
In Jeddah, the IPA training facilities will receive 638 employees in 25 training programs on similar areas.
Likewise, the IPA training facilities in Dammam and the IPA female branch in Riyadh will receive 511 and 428 employees for similar programs.
