Relaxing in a warm bath with a good book, soft music playing, and bubbles floating up to your neck is the perfect relief when you are under stress. It calms nerves, and boosts confidence to your self-esteem, especially when the bathing water is scented with relaxing aromatic oils. We have gathered to you different recipes that will offer you the chance to enjoy relaxation and freshness.
If you want a more refreshing mix, you can customize your own recipe. Start with the basic and most invigorating oils, such as a citric oil in the morning, but make sure you are not sensitive to it. Make sure of the maximum limit of each oil you use, then mix them accordingly. Try to add the basic oils drop by drop, mix them well, and then smell the result before adding more drops. This will take you some time, but it will give you a clear idea of the difference one drop may make.

Bubbling water
A tropical mix that gives you warmth in the cold winter mornings. Lemongrass is excellent in relieving muscle pains, cilantro\coriander boosts immunity, while jasmine helps balancing hormones. The resulting smell of this mix is wonderful, and can be used as a perfume as well. Reduce the proportions of lemongrass and jasmine if you have a sensitive skin as they may instigate an annoying reaction.
Ingredients:
3 drops of lemongrass
2 drops of jasmine
3 drops of cilantro\coriander
20 ml of bubble bath

For body relaxation and mental clarity
Olibanum helps you breathe gently and deeply. Ginger treats stomach disorders. Orange flower enhances your self-esteem, and prevents extreme emotional reactions. Thus, the mix results in a clear and quite mind.
4 drops of Olibanum
2 drops of ginger
2 drops of lemon flower
20 ml of bubble bath

Calming nerves
The ingredients of this recipe calm your nerves, clear your mind, and leave a smile on your face. The following mix is good for muscular pains, Sinusitis, subtle\slight chest problems, and immunity boosting. It is also effective as a mosquito repellent.
3 drops of cilantro\coriander
2 drops of Patchouli
2 drops of vetiver
3 drops of Plamarosa
30 ml of bubble bath

Insomnia curing bath
It is known that when its difficult to fall deep sleep that a warm bath might be the solution. Thanks to the warm water that relaxes your muscles and your choice of oils the you inhale will help you not only relax, but be worry free for the night.
4 drops of chamomile
4 drops vetiver
2 drops of marjoram
2 drops of cajuput
2 drops of lavender
30 ml of bubble bath
