JEDDAH: The Specialized Criminal Court in Riyadh, which tries terrorism cases, on Sunday sentenced a terrorist to 20 years for throwing Molotov cocktails at the General Intelligence Directorate’s building in the Eastern Province and participating in Qatif riots.
The court found the citizen guilty of involvement in mutiny, encouraging corruption, and breaching security in addition to participating in more than 8 riots in Qatif.
The judge also imposed a travel ban on the offender that prevents him from leaving Saudi Arabia for 20 years from the date of his release.
