JEDDAH: Saudi Arabia’s King Salman has ordered to grant late judge Mohammad Al-Jirani, who was assassinated by terrorists, a First Class of the King Abdulaziz Al-Saud Order.
Saudi Justice Minister and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Waleed Al-Samaani, handed over the medal to Al-Jirani’s family members as per the royal order.
Al-Samaani has commended the King Salman’s royal gesture in honoring the late judge.
Al-Jirani was kidnapped for a year by terror elements, who announced his death by his kidnappers last December.
He was a judge at the Department of Endowments and Heritage in Al-Qatif province.
