Fourth person dies from coronavirus in Saudi Arabia as cases top 1,200
  • The ministry said Saudi Arabia is at the forefront of countries for carrying out tests for coronavirus compared to its population size

RIYADH: A fourth person has died in Saudi Arabia after being infected with coronavirus, the health ministry said Saturday.

The total number of coronavirus cases in the Kingdom has reached 1,203, with 99 of them being new.

The ministry said Saudi Arabia is at the forefront of countries for carrying out tests for coronavirus compared to its population size. 

 


It also called on citizens to adhere to social distancing measures by staying at home even during the curfew applied in the country. 
The ministry reiterated that self isolation is very important for those who feel they are showing symptoms of the virus.
