A Dubai-based corporate finance advisory firm has hired a former Saudi government advisor to lead its expansion in Saudi Arabia.
Lumina Capital Advisers hired Fikry Younis, a former adviser at the Saudi Ministry of Investment, to head its Saudi unit.
The move comes as the firm sees robust deals across the Kingdom and the UK, following the recently strengthened bilateral trade ties.
“We expect that M&A activity between Saudi Arabia and the UK will continue to witness an upward momentum,” Younis said.
