Health panel budget approved

JEDDAH, 22 April  — Makkah Governor Prince Abdul Majeed chaired here yesterday a meeting of the Health Services Development Council. The meeting approved the organizational structure of the council with a general secretariat. Six main units linked to the secretariat will be set up to supervise implementation of 14 health care projects in the region. The meeting approved a budget of SR12 million for the current fiscal year. The meeting agreed in principle to reach a strategic deal with an international company to prepare a study on the health care services in the region.
