40% of Corniche Gardens sold out

JEDDAH, 1 May  — Princess Nouf bint Abdul Aziz Al-Saud will attend a presentation of the SR150-million  Corniche Gardens, a twin-tower residential project along Jeddah Corniche, in Riyadh today. Zaki Farsi, the project’s developer and designer, said more than 40 percent of the units have been sold out. The 14- story complex of 48 luxury apartments and two villas overlooking the Red Sea will be ready within two years. Its units cost from SR3 million to SR4 million each and is being built on an area of 8,000 square meters. The presentation at Niyraa Hall will be attended by wives of leading businessmen. This is the first initiative of its kind to introduce development projects to Saudi women.
