No radioactive material in belts

RIYADH — The Commerce Ministry confirmed yesterday that imported belts sold in the Saudi markets were free from radioactive material. The anti-fraud department at the ministry said the belts suspected of causing radiation were tested at the laboratories of the King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology. The results of the tests proved that these belts were free from any radioactive substances, it added. (SPA)
