JEDDAH, 27 February — The Ministry of Haj endorsed severe penalties for middlemen illegally trading in pilgrim housing. The penalties include deportation and blacklisting of non-Saudis and deduction of one-third of the rent value in the first time, one half of the value in the second time and imprisonment for the third time on Saudi middlemen, said Abdullah Al-Nufaie, director of the ministry's committee department.
