SR5.57m aid to Palestinian families

RIYADH, 2 July — Interior Minister Prince Naif, who is chairman of the Saudi Committee for the Support of Al-Quds Intifada, yesterday ordered the payment of SR5.57 million to a number of deserving Palestinian families and organizations. According to a press statement, SR560,000 will be given to 28 families of Palestinian martyrs, SR1.24 million to 248 injured Palestinians, SR2.32 million to 232 families whose houses have been destroyed in Israeli attacks, and SR1.45 million to 29 Palestinian charitable organizations.
