JEDDAH, 17 September — Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, yesterday received a telephone call from Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi. The two leaders discussed bilateral relations and major global developments. Meanwhile, Prince Sultan, second deputy premier and minister of defense and aviation, met with the ambassador of the Netherlands. (SPA)
