Youths flogged for harassing girls

JEDDAH, 2 October - Fourteen young Saudi men have each received 15 lashes in public outside the schools where they were caught harassing girls, Okaz newspaper reported yesterday. The men, aged 16 to 30, were arrested by special squads outside several schools in the holy city of Madinah.
