Somali jumps from burning flat

JEDDAH, 19 November — Muhammad Othman, a Somali, was seriously injured when he jumped out of the window of his second-floor apartment after it had caught fire, Al-Bilad newspaper reported yesterday. The other occupants of the building in the Kuwaiti district of Jeddah ran down the stairs and escaped the late night fire without injuries.
