RAFHA, 15 January — Police in this northern border city have arrested seven people, including four children, for suspected involvement in a series of burglaries. Col. Qasim Soleiman Al-Harbi, director of Rafha police, said in the course of an investigation into another case in the region, a gang — comprising a man and three boys — were caught. The adolescents are being interrogated at a juvenile home in Hail. Both the man and his junior accomplices have confessed to 21 burglaries, which included two cars and several residential and commercial buildings, Al-Harbi said. However, only nine of the burglaries had been registered with the police. The crime investigators also arrested three others, one of them a boy. They too confessed to 18 acts of burglary.
