RIYADH, 21 January — Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, yesterday received a message from Palestinian President Yasser Arafat. The message was handed to him by Dr. Nabeel Shaath, Palestinian minister of planning and international cooperation. The crown prince also met with Lebanese Foreign Minister Mahmoud Hamoud. (SPA)
