MAKKAH, 3 March — Dr. Muhammad Banten, deputy minister for Umrah affairs at the Ministry of Haj, said his ministry would force the domestic pilgrim establishments, which violated their contract conditions, to return the money they collected from pilgrims if the latter did not relinquish their rights. He said that only four of the 440 licensed establishments committed major violations during this Haj. He refuted allegations of irregularities in the allocation of tents in Mina.
