JEDDAH, 19 March — Police arrested two expatriates recently for allegedly smuggling drugs in a stolen car, Al-Madinah newspaper reported yesterday. According to the police, the two expats took away the car, which was parked in front of a restaurant in Jeddah. The paper said they were arrested within 48 hours of receiving the complaint. Unspecified quantities of heroin and hashish were seized from them.
