Prince Nawaf’s condition ‘stable’

BEIRUT, 30 March — Prince Nawaf, director of intelligence, who is recovering at the American University Hospital here following emergency surgery, is in stable condition, his doctors said yesterday. Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, visited the prince at the hospital and wished him a speedy recovery. Prince Nawaf was rushed to hospital on Wednesday after he fainted during the opening session of the Arab summit in Beirut. Doctors said he would be able to leave the hospital in a few days. (SPA)
