Saudi security authorities arrested an expatriate worker for allegedly running a brothel in Khamis Mushayt recently. The man was arrested after officials from the Commission for Promoting Virtue and Preventing Vice kept a watch on his activities. Police in the southern township of Tathleeth recently arrested a Saudi drug trafficker and confiscated almost one hundred Captigon tablets — also known as “speed” — that were in his posession. Two relatives of the Saudi opened fire at the police officers as they tried to take the suspect to station for further investigations. The patrol police later arrested the gunmen.
