Female director beats up student

TAIF, 1 May — Authorities are questioning a female school director in Taif for allegedly beating up a girl student, Al-Jazirah reported yesterday. The student was admitted to a mental hospital in Taif following the incident. Hospital doctors told the Arabic daily that although the student had suffered serious injuries, her condition is now unstable. Mastour Al-Rabie, the girl's father, confirmed that his daughter was still receiving treatment at the hospital.
