JEDDAH, 18 May — Two people died and nine others were injured in a horrific accident on the Southern Road linking Taif with the southern provinces on Wednesday, press reports said. The two men died on the spot when a car carrying 11 people overturned near Ghazyel in Taif. The injured were admitted to King Faisal Hospital in Taif, according to Al-Madinah daily.
In yet another accident on the Southern Road, the driver of a municipal truck and two of his colleagues were seriously injured when the vehicle overturned.
