Saudis punished for labor violations

RIYADH, 18 July — A special committee of the Passport Department has punished many Saudis on charges of violating residence and labor regulations in various parts of the Kingdom. Several of them have been handed jail terms ranging from two weeks to six months. Fines ranged between SR5,000 and SR50,000. Their offenses included employing illegal aliens and moving them from place to place. (SPA)
