Products rejected in lab tests

RIYADH, 12 August — The Commerce Ministry’s laboratories at the Kingdom’s entry points rejected 1,486 tons of various products during May and June, a press statement issued by the ministry said. They included 856 tons of foodstuff imported from Gulf, Arab, African, Asian and European countries and America, 264 tons of meat imported from Arab and Asian countries, Latin America, the United States and Australia and 366 tons of consumer products from Europe, Asia and some Arab and Gulf countries.
