The self-taught chef, and founder of Dubai-based restaurant Najabat, focuses on Saudi cuisine. She wants to show the world that there is more to Saudi food than just kabsa, chicken and rice. -
Nour Al-Zaben
The Saudi chef, who graduated from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris, is a judge on the reality cooking show “Chopped.” She is also the founder of Urb Kitchen in Jeddah.
