Baku, 6 September — The Muslim World League (MWL) signed here yesterday a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Baku University to enhance cooperation in field of Islamic studies and Islamic civilization. The MoU was signed by MWL secretary-general Dr. Abdullah Al-Turki and Rector of Baku University Abel Mahramov Donta. (SPA)
