JEDDAH, 15 September — An official source at the Ministry of Posts Telegraphs and Telephones has denied as rumors the report that Khaled Al-Mulhem, president of Saudi Telecom Company, had left the company. "Mulhem is continuing with the company, carrying out his duties," the source said. However, the source confirmed that three of his deputies— Awad Al-Assaf Al-Ghamdi, Abdullah Al-Dharrab and Aaid Al-Shamrani — had requested early retirement like 2,500 other employees. Ghamdi and Dharrab will remain as advisers while Shamrani has moved to the private sector, the source told Okaz.
