Sultan, Jaber review regional issues

RIYADH, 6 October — Prince Sultan, second deputy premier and minister of defense and aviation, held talks here yesterday with Kuwaiti Deputy Premier and Defense Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Sabah on major regional and international developments. The talks were attended by top officials including Prince Miteb, minister of public works and housing, Prince Khaled ibn Sultan, assistant minister of defense and aviation, and Chief of Staff Gen.
