JEDDAH, 10 October — Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, yesterday called upon Arab and Islamic countries to strengthen their economic integration and reject foreign powers that stand in the way of their unity and solidarity.

"Economic integration of Arabs and Muslims is the need of the hour...Every Arab and Muslim hopes for comprehensive unity...economic and educational unity... unity in everything," the crown prince said while talking to OIC tourism ministers and officials.

"The stumbling block, however, is foreign hands. We have to reject them. We have to think of our future interests as it is important for all our nations," Prince Abdullah said.

He urged the ministers to convey this message to their leaders.
