JEDDAH, 11 December 2002 — Police have arrested a number of Saudi teenagers for throwing firecrackers on families vacationing at Alkhobar Corniche on Sunday, Okaz reported yesterday. The paper said 10 patrol police officers rounded up the unruly youth and arrested them. Police also raided shops and vendors selling firecrackers in the city.
