Fahd to host 1,000 Palestinian Hajis

RIYADH, 29 December 2002 — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd has issued a directive to host 1,000 Palestinian pilgrims, who are members of the families of intifada martyrs, to perform the coming Haj at his personal expense. In a statement, Palestinian Ambassador to the Kingdom Mustafa Hashim Deeb said: “We highly appreciate this generosity of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.” (SPA)
