ALGIERS, 30 January 2003 — Prince Sultan, second deputy premier and minister of defense and aviation, yesterday held talks with Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika. They discussed major Arab and international issues, including the situation in Palestine, as well as ways to strengthen bilateral relations. Prince Sultan arrived here earlier in the day and was received at Algiers airport by top officials. (SPA)
