ASIR, 25 April 2003 — A narcotics smuggler was killed after driving the 450 kilometers from Jizan to Asir when he collided with a water truck, Al-Eqtisadiah, reported. The driver died instantly while his partner was seriously injured. Police arriving at the scene recovered a small quantity of narcotics from the wreck of the vehicle.
