Indonesian Maid Goes Into Labor On Exit

JEDDAH, 1 August 2003 — An Indonesian maid gave birth to a child in the Foreign Airlines Terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Okaz reported. The woman was getting ready to leave to Indonesia on final exit when she went into labor. Her compatriots at the terminal were able to assist in the delivery of a beautiful child, the paper said. Police enquiries revealed a suspicious urgency on the part of the woman’s sponsor to complete her exit procedures, and the man is being held for questioning.
