JEDDAH, 1 August 2003 — The Insektos team keglers collected 51 points in the 2nd week of the Monday Night Bowling League at the Jeddah Lanes Bowling Center located in Mosadia Plaza.

Nonie Yap and Zaldy Parinas rolled a big round to topscore in the Insektos squad with separate three game series of 642 and 621. Yap rolled a game high of 247 while Parinas rolled 212. Fellow Kiko Catabas, Benjie Cils and Mao Orolfo contributed with series of 564, 560 and 534. The Insektos collected an overall total team series of 2,921 pinfalls.

Mobi Fabric Softener produced an overall total team series handicap of 2,820 points on lines of 839, 928, and 969 through the combined efforts of Val Magsino, Igna Salgado, Rally Zamora, Jun Pilipina and Joe Flores. Topscoring was the duo of Magsino and Salgado with a separate three game series of 625 and 606. The one-time 300 perfect holder and the past FTBJ president, Rally Zamora was next with a series of 539. Titlist Jun Pilipina and Flores, scored a series of 528 and 522.

Tetra Pak sealed an overall total team series handicap of 2,818 with Bonnie Garcia carding a three game series of 609. Goying Salazar and Rudy Valenzuela followed by pumping-in series of 586 and 574. Leo Edejer and Ruben Medina had a series of 531 and 518.

Cee Bee Aviation Co. collected 43 points through the heroics of Boy Casio and Vhoi Ycong who fired a separate three game series of 624 and 620. FTBJ challenge champion, Lindo Villanueva with Talal Tuwaireb and Emil Payongayong followed by carding a series of 549, 531 and 519.

League leaders, FAL bowlers still hold the No. 1 position. The FAL quintet garnered 46 points through the games of Jess Pineda and Ver Luz who tallied a separate three game series of 607 and 605. Team captain, Ronquillo sealed a series of 592, rolling 208 in the second game. Chris Baetz and Randy Mata submitted a series of 571 and 473.

SkyFreight Forwarders recorded 37 points through Hero Garcia (602), Hashim Guinomla (594), Danny de Guzman (576), Rene Santiago (521) and Edu Toledo (519). The Forwarders compiled an overall total team series of 2812 pinfalls.

Johnny Diores and Cris Villavelez, now wearing the jerseys of the Zuhair Fayez led with three game series of 586 and 583. Ibrahim Escano submitted a series of 549. Abdul Birung and S. Arnel added separate three game series of 528 and 508.
