OSLO, 9 August 2003 — Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmud Abbas will travel to Norway later this month to discuss the Middle East peace process, six weeks after a similar visit by his Israeli counterpart, the Norwegian government said yesterday. Abbas will visit the town of Molde, the hometown of Norwegian Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik, in central Norway, on August 27-28, the government said.
