MALLORCA, Spain, 28 August 2003 — King Juan Carlos of Spain held talks with Riyadh Governor Prince Salman here Tuesday on bilateral relations. Prince Salman conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd and Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, to the Spanish king. Carlos hosted a luncheon in honor of the Riyadh governor.
