RIYADH, 21 September 2003 — Saudi Arabia and South Africa yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding. It was signed by Prince Sultan, second deputy premier and minister of defense and aviation, and his South African counterpart Mosiuoa Patrick Lekota in Riyadh. Prince Sultan highlighted the growing economic cooperation between the two countries.
