Conference on Top 100 Gulf Companies

RIYADH, 28 September 2003 — Under the patronage of Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, a combined four-day conference-exhibition on the top 100 Gulf companies will open here today. The purpose is to promote joint ventures among the top 100 GCC and overseas companies.

The conference is sponsored by the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) and has been organized by the Riyadh-based International Middle East Information Center. Senior executives and officials from GCC states have extended their full cooperation and support, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Awaji, president of the Al-Awaji Holding Group and chairman of the organizing committee, said.
