MAKKAH, 28 September 2003 — On behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd, Makkah Governor Prince Abdul Majeed yesterday led the ceremonial washing of the Holy Kaaba. Speaking to reporters after the ceremony, the governor said various government departments have made necessary arrangements to receive Umrah pilgrims from within and outside the Kingdom during the holy month of Ramadan.
