Americans Alerted of Bomb Threat

RIYADH, 15 October 2003 — The US Embassy has issued a warden message alerting members of the American community staying at the Al-Faisaliah complex of a bomb threat, which has led to the cancellation of a Swedish exhibition which was to be held there. According to Agiane E. Ziadeh, consular assistant at the American Consulate General, Dhahran, at least one major American corporate tenant has decided to close its offices at the Al-Faisaliah temporarily based on information from Saudi authorities.
