RIYADH, 15 October 2003 — The Oriental Ladies Group (OLG) will once again hold a bazaar at the Philippine Embassy grounds starting at 4 p.m. tomorrow.
A press statement by the embassy said the bazaar will feature Asian food and craft, and Oriental cooking. To add spice to the cooking festival, member countries will perform cultural presentations. There will also be a raffle draw, the proceeds of which would be given to a charity of choice of all the members.
Tickets for the raffle are available at the various embassies of the participating countries as well as the gate of the Philippine Embassy. The entrance to the bazaar is free.
The participants in the annual event Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, China, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Kazakhstan.
